VORLIX supplies hydraulic bolting equipment: torque wrenches, tensioners and the pumps that drive them. The job is to pick the right tool for the joint, quote it clearly and get it shipped.
Open catalogues are easy to read and hard to buy from. A joint needs a model, a pump, a socket and a reaction point that agree with each other, and the answer is usually one person confirming the set rather than a page of options.
How the range fits together
The wrench families share a 70 MPa working pressure and the same couplers, so one pump drives every size. Tensioners run at 150 MPa and are largely built to the joint: more than 90 percent of tensioner jobs are special designs rather than picks from a table.
The production behind these tools works to an ISO 9001 management system, and torque repeatability is quoted at ±3 percent on the wrench ranges.
Why both methods
Torque and tension answer different problems. A wrench is quicker and reaches smaller studs; a tensioner gives a more even preload on large or gasketed joints. Both are on the same supply, so the recommendation can follow the joint.
What a quote contains
The model, the pump, the hose and the socket, the delivery date and the price. If a special head or a tensioner body is needed, that is what gets quoted rather than the nearest catalogue item.
