LHP series
The pump decides the cycle time.
Low pressure moves the piston and high pressure does the work. A two stage pump switches between them on its own, which is why the LHP-20T can fill a large wrench quickly and still hold 70 MPa at the end of the stroke.
What it solves
- LHP-20T: two stage, 6 L/min at low pressure, 0.8 L/min at high pressure, 70 MPa, 220 V, 27 kg.
- LHP-30T: three stage, 220 V, 1.1 kW, 70 MPa, 394 by 300 by 420 mm.
- Air driven pumps for sites without a power supply, and FBD explosion proof units for hazardous areas.
- LHP150 and LHP200 super high pressure pumps at 150 MPa and 200 MPa for tensioner work.
- Brushless motor and an oil cooler fan that starts when the oil reaches 35 degrees.
Selection
Pick the size, not the pressure.
Every model in a range runs at the same working pressure, so the choice comes down to the torque or load the joint needs. The target should sit inside the model range with headroom on both sides.
